Your first visit
What to expect, no surprises
Your first appointment is mostly about getting to know you and giving you a clear, honest picture of your mouth. Here's how it usually goes.
2 · A gentle exam
A comfortable cleaning, low-radiation digital X-rays, and an intraoral-camera tour, so you can see exactly what we see on the screen instead of just taking our word for it.
3 · A plan that fits you
We talk through what we found and build a plan together: what's urgent, what can wait, and what each step costs. You decide before anything moves forward.
4 · Care at your pace
Nervous? Just say so. We offer local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and sedation, and we'll never push you to do more than you're ready for.

A lot of our happiest patients started out dreading the chair. We get it, and we've built the visit around that. Everything gets explained in plain language, you're in control of the pace, and sedation options are available when you want them.
For more involved care, the practice offers local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, and IV sedation with Dr. Sam. That's the same comfort you'd expect at a surgical center, in a neighborhood office where you're treated like family.
